Congratulations to all of you that joined us to Celebrate Fitness and Football at the inaugural Garnet & Gold 4 Miler and Virtual Garnet & Gold 4 Miler!
We had a great inaugural event in 2021 and can’t wait to celebrate you at the second-annual Garnet & Gold 4 Miler in April 2022. The 2022 Garnet & Gold 4 Miler will again be held on the same weekend as the Garnet & Gold Spring Game!

The Garnet & Gold 4 Miler begins at the iconic Unconquered Statue just outside of Doak Campbell Stadium and features a scenic four-mile tour of the Florida State University campus before participants "Finish On The 50" inside the stadium! The race is held the same weekend as the Garnet & Gold Spring Game!
If you can't make it to Tallahassee during Spring Game weekend you can join us for the Virtual Garnet & Gold 4 Miler! Participants run or walk four miles anywhere (outdoors or on a treadmill) and anytime. Participants will receive a Goodie Bag that includes Seminoles-themed Event Shirt, Finisher's Medal and Race Bib!
Spectators are welcome inside Doak Campbell Stadium to watch friends and family "Finish On The 50".
